In a meeting called by Third World Solidarity to commemorate Rabindranath Tagore, Keith Bennett delivered the keynote speech, in which he detailed Tagore's contribution to international solidarity against imperialism, which included his support for Ireland's independence and a close knowledge of, and solidarity with, world socialism.
